This is the second time I have used OnTrack heating. The first time was for a boiler service. This time it was to rectify a small gas leak, which had resulted in our supply being cut off the previous evening, and service our boiler. We called OnTrack heating first thing in the morning and they got a engineer (Luke) to us later that day. Luke was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job getting us up and running in a couple of hours. I would thoroughly recommend OnTrack heating.

Every year they do the annual service and safety check in a polite, friendly, professional and thorough manner. They also installed a new boiler, hive system and radiator 2 years ago and were tidy and efficient, and mindful of my curious dog plus good value for money.
They have always been responsive when I have called with a question or when the old boiler was being temperamental but Dave really came to my rescue this week when I had a heavily leaking pipe in the kitchen and could not get the water turned off. I texted for help at 8.30pm and by 9pm Dave had sorted the leak and dried up as much water as possible. Extremely grateful.

Gas cooker replacement
Our cooker failed just before we went on a short break , we arranged for a new one to be delivered when we got back home. But finding someone to install the new unit proved difficult until we found DTM Heating and plumbing solutions, Dave was excellent, even though he was very busy he kept in constant touch and managed to fit us in on a Saturday. He was very professional and had the new cooker up and running in no time. So thanks again to DTM Heating and plumbing solutions, I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.
Emergency weekend call out, and subsequent boiler service and gas safety certification
After a recent family emergency, Dave came to the rescue when water was dripping out of the boiler. He was able to come by the house and find and fix the problem within the hour. His service was friendly and very professional, we were very pleased with his work and attitude that we then booked him to carry out a safety check and issue a gas safety certificate. Overall extremely pleased with Dave, would highly recommend and have no issues with using him in the future.
Fixing combi boiler.
Dave was really professional, courteous and informative during my initial call. Whilst he wasn’t attending call outs this week, he kindly attended site in the early evening to fix our combi boiler, allowing us to have heating and hot water back. Would 100% recommenced!

Dave came highly recommended, and I now highly recommend him too! He turned up right on time to view the problem and told me the boiler was fixable (can’t tell you how wonderful it was to hear those words). He returned when he said he would, and at the time he said. He did the work well, cleaned up after himself and kept to the quote, even though he had to order another part and come back and fit it. Five stars to DTM.

Restoring operation of gas central heating system.
Mr Mitchell responded very quickly to our telephone call and arrived as promised. He listened to our views on the fault and worked systematically to identify it. The problem lay with the pump but he managed to get it operating again, The pump is very old and he recommended that it be replaced when the weather gets warmer. We found him to be a very helpful and professional individual and we have no hesitation about recommending him to friends and others.

Dave is a highly professional and experienced heating engineer who’s very knowledgeable having been in the industry for almost two decades. My request to wear shoe covers wasn’t a problem. He called ahead of arriving to service the boiler to let me know he was on the way. As I said he’s a true professional, good communicator and most of all reliable and charged what he quoted. Will be using Dave again. I highly recommend.
