We can work with your agent or tenant to keep your Gas Safety legal obligations up to date and to keep your tenants safe.
As a landlord you need a Gas Safety Certificate or CP12 for every gas appliance in your rental property. This certificate needs to be renewed every 12 months. Without the certificate you risk dangerous appliances being used and a large fine.
Your certificate will be issued in digital format and emailed to you on the day of the inspection.
All findings and any recommended remedial work will be reported to you or your agent.
To help with access to your property we can offer family friendly 2 hour time slots and also attend in the evening or weekend. We will call your tenant when we are on our way.
Our engineers will test the operation of any Carbon Monoxide alarms. If there is not an Carbon Monoxide Alarm present or it is out of date we will advise the landlord or managing agent and our engineers can install one on the day of the visit.
