Standard Boiler Service £120

A safety check and clean of your boiler. Our engineers will make sure your appliance is working safely and efficiently. If we find your boiler requires any parts or extra work a fixed price quote will be issued. Safety Report and PDF certificate issued. Annual service reminder. Radiators checked. CO Alarm Check.

Boiler/Heating breakdown (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) £99

Minimum charge this includes first 30 mins labour. Fixed price repair issued if we can not fix fault within the first 30 minutes. Additional time will be charged in 15 minute increments.

Gas or Central heating breakdown Mon-Friday 5pm -8pm Saturday 8am-5pm £150

Minimum charge, this includes the first 30 minutes labour. If we can’t fix your fault within the first hour or we require parts a fixed price quote will be issued.

Gas or Central heating breakdown OUT OF HOURS Mon-Saturday 8pm-8am, Sunday £198

Minimum charge, this includes the first 30 minutes labour. If we can’t fix your fault within the first hour or we require parts a fixed price quote will be issued.

Back Boiler Fire/Open Flue Boiler Service £189

Radiator checks, PDF certificate, CO alarm check and annual service reminder.

Gas Fire service £148

Full strip clean of appliance, flue and ventilation checks, CO alarm check and PDF certificate. Annual service reminder.

Warm Air Unit Service £189

Full strip clean of appliance, flue and ventilation checks, Co alarm check and PDF certificate. Annual service reminder.

Landlord Gas Safety Inspections £120

Up to 2 appliances, gas meter and pipework check. CO alarm check. PDF certificate and annual reminder.

Gas Cooker or Hob Installation £150

Includes minor pipework alteration, gas isolation valve, security chain where required, gas tightness test and PDF certificate.

Powerflush £985 up to 10 radiators + £45 per additional radiator

Powerflush using our Kamco CF90 machine and powerful Adey filters. Price includes inhibitor and Powerflush certificate. A Powerflush requires a site survey prior to work being carried out. Please see the Powerflush section of our website for more information.

Unvented Hot Water Tank Service £90

A safety check and service of your hot water storage tank and associated controls. If further work or parts are required a fixed price quote will be issued.
